  Not a scriptural church of Christ.
  
  Disorganized church service(1 Cor 14:40)
  Women were reading scripture in a video with instrumental music during communion(1 Tim 2:11-12)
  Young unbaptized boys and girls read scripture to the congregation during worship service.
  
  A very progressive (wrong) "church" of Christ. Please pray for the leaders of this congregation that they may get back into the scripture and in line with the ways God has instructed us to worship him.
  
  On the other hand they did seem very evangelistic and seemed to have good intentions.
  You cannot act like the world and then profess to be different.

  While visiting KC, we attended services. It was a wonderful experience, both spiritual & inspirational, & we found this church to be spiritual, scriptural, friendly & inclusive.

  Overland Park Church of Christ is MY family.
  
  I have grown up here. I have seen it evolve and change. The people here are loving and welcoming to everyone, no matter who you are or what they look like. OP carer;y- about the people of the community and about the people inside the church its self. We all come together in someones time of need, we surround them with support and prayer.
  As a church we have loved, we have grieved- we have lost people we care about, we have come together in the hard times, we as a church have grown, and we changed lives all around the world.
  
  There are so many opportunity to get involved here. All sorts of ministry's.
  
  I personally have been apart of the children's ministry, the youth groups, CABB, Young Adults and agora.
  
  Being apart of the CABB (college and barely beyond) group is what keeps me going during my college years. Even if we are all not here during theyear everyone in the group comes back to our Home to worship together.
  
  I truly believe that this church has changed my life! I hope you will allow it to change yours.

  In my time with this church body, I have felt it has been a major blessing. This Church body has greatly helped me develop spiritually. My favorite aspect of this church is the support and involvement of the people. These people take their faith and mission seriously and they are heavily involved with both local community as well as multiple missions throughout the world.
